At RVSIS, we encourage curiosity in a way that the child himself/herself takes interest to find out ‘why’, ‘where’ and ‘what’ about a particular theme, situation or a task which is presented before him/her. We as teachers help the child to understand facts and theories explore concepts and motivate him/her to become independent thinkers.

Teach Sequentially

A teacher of RVSIS is trained through various workshops about the cycle and system of planning – lessons, syllabus, and the pedagogy of teaching. We ensure that clear cut ground rules are set before taking up a particular topic for teaching. For us a well prepared teacher and teaching material comes first before everything else.

We at RVSIS believe that a perfect teacher comes to the level of understanding each child and inculcates an atmosphere where the teacher and the taught have a blending of thoughts and ideas, a rapport that creates harmony, a value system that establishes love and respect between the two and creative interpretation where different strokes are applied for different children.

Apply Through “Work”

Teaching cannot be a mechanical procedure and Evaluation is a necessary part of teaching. Application of the subject matter taught has to be reinforced through practicals, projects, group discussion and activities, debates and other such practices. There has to be careful observation of the same and acknowledgment of hard work in the form of grades, prizes, certificates which become a part and parcel of our academic growth.
